Every kilo of refrigerant is traced.
Movements recorded during the job
The refrigerant, the quantity, the unit and the technician, as it happens.
Cylinder inventory
Refrigerant, supplier, movements and balance of each cylinder.
Annual summary in PDF
All refrigerant movements of the year, ready to hand over.
The frequency depends on tonnes of CO₂ equivalent.
Charge in kg × refrigerant GWP ÷ 1000. The app does the calculation for every unit and puts the checks in the schedule.
| Charge | Without detector | With permanent detector |
|---|---|---|
| Less than 5 t CO₂e | No periodic check | — |
| 5 to 50 t CO₂e | Every 12 months | Every 24 months |
| 50 to 500 t CO₂e | Every 6 months | Every 12 months |
| 500 t CO₂e and more | Every 3 months | Every 6 months · detector mandatory |
Annex I of EU Regulation 2024/573, for fluorinated greenhouse gases. Indicative table.
How many checks per year for this unit?
The same calculation as in the app. Choose the refrigerant and the charge.
Thresholds from Annex I of EU Regulation 2024/573: from 5 t CO₂e. A permanent detector doubles the interval. Indicative result.

Questions about F-Gas
Is Regulation 517/2014 still valid?
No. It was replaced by EU Regulation 2024/573, in force since March 2024. That is the one the app applies.
How are tonnes of CO₂ equivalent calculated?
Unit charge in kg, multiplied by the refrigerant's GWP, divided by 1000. Example: 12 kg of R32 (GWP 675) make 8.1 t CO₂e.
Does a leak detector change the frequency?
Yes. With a permanent leak detection system, the interval between two checks is doubled. Above 500 t CO₂e, the detector is mandatory.
Which refrigerants are supported?
Common refrigerants, with their official GWP: R32, R410A, R134a, R407C, R404A, R448A, R449A, R513A, R290, R600a, R744 (CO₂), R717, R1234yf, R1234ze and more.
Is Cerfa 15497 available?
Yes, for France. In Belgium, Switzerland and the rest of Europe, the app generates the document suited to the country.
